Assisted Living
As our Independent Living members’ health care needs evolve and change, Fountainview offers access to a comprehensive range of Assisted Living services, provided by the caring staff of Los Angeles Jewish Health. Members who require assistance with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, restroom assistance, escorting, or medication management, can continue to enjoy the same lifestyle as those in Independent Living while receiving the benefit of individualized care from trained professionals.

Short-Term Rehabilitation
Members often require specialized medical and rehabilitative therapies, especially following a hospitalization or illness. For those occasions, Fountainview offers priority access to dedicated, short-term rehabilitation services provided by
Los Angeles Jewish Health, including extensive
physical, occupational and speech therapy.

Skilled Nursing
Should the need arise, Fountainview offers members access to long-term residential nursing care through LAJHealth. For those who require extra medical attention and support, due to dementia,
stroke or other chronic conditions, the Los Angeles Jewish Health staff of registered and licensed vocational nurses provides a renowned level of specialized care and expertise.
