About Us
Nearly 15 years ago, the Los Angeles Jewish Health leadership identified an increasing desire from independent seniors to live in a well-appointed community—with the peace of mind that they would benefit from specialized care, if and when they needed it. This demand was met in 2010 with Los Angeles Jewish Health’s first Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) opening in the heart of the San Fernando Valley, Fountainview at Eisenberg Village.

Since 1912, the non-profit Los Angeles Jewish Health has developed its reputation by providing excellence in senior care, whether it be in one of the organization’s in-residence or community-based programs. Community-based programs include: A Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE); hospice; home health; palliative medicine; community clinics; short-term rehabilitation; and acute psychiatric care. Each campus serves seniors with options for independent living, residential care, skilled nursing care, short-term rehabilitation, and Alzheimer’s disease and dementia care.
